Surviving Economic Meltdown

"Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines;the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat;the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,I will joy in the God of my salvation" (Habakkuk 3:17,18)
There's famine in the land, all over the world. It is real. The world economy is failing. There's uncertainty and insecurity in the stock market.Things are really falling apart globally.

In the face of economic recession, the good news is that there's a God in heaven who cares for His own.David, the Psalmist of Israel said "The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1).True believers in Christ have every reason to rejoice in the knowledge of God as their great Provider.

God do supply for the need of His children. The treasure house of heaven cannot be exhausted.Even though things are difficult,God's children are still rejoicing.
There's no reason to doubt or fear,God can do it again.Fear not O christian pilgrims, for your Lord is still on the throne.

Faith in God is the answer. It is the antidote to worry and anxiety in times like these.Have faith in God,He watches over His own.His eyes is on the sparrows and as such I know He cares for you even YOU.
